Paid $57 for a half filled buffet. My daughter is eating ice cream with a fork because no spoons are available. My wife never got her potatoes and gravy.
Update: Responded to response to google review and GM offered 15%, through an employee and not directly, off my NEXT buffet. So I only have to pay 85% of full price for a 50% filled buffet. Never again. I don't need a free meal ticket. I believe a business builds its customer base by serving what they advertise. No more...read full review
I really like pizza ranch. Well run usually and great food. But I learned the hard way that they will turn off the oven 15 minutes before closing. And having any dessert pizza available is not a concern. I looked for dessert at just after 7:45 (closes at 8) and there was NO dessert available. it would be much more responsible to have SOME KIND of dessert pizza made before turning off the ovens.
