“Our waiter was awesome. There were 12 of us seniors! My omelet was good. I had marble rye,and lots of hash browns. The coffee was from our own thermal pot on the table.(Some said the prices for oatmeal or bagels was too high.)Wheelchair accessibility: There is no ramp near the door. The step up is about 8" Those with walkers had to go down aways & come back to the door. The manager said they have brought that to the fire department's attention.“

“Smooth, creamy, with a bit of crunch and so decadent and healthy. Who said you can't have the best of two worlds?? It's definitely on the pricey side but it's in a popular part of Chicago so that's to be expected. I stopped by here after many runs I did during the 100 degrees weather weeks.. and the delicious smoothies were worth every sip! They can customize them to your liking if you want to swap out certain ingredients. Service was super friendly and recognized my sweaty face after my second visit which made me laugh. I especially loved the maca protein smoothie. Take my money.“

“Bonita Bowls is AMAZING! I used to work at an acai place but nothing truly tops Bonita bowls, the flavors in these bowls pop, it’s real flavor and not that fake protein flavor. Will for sure go again. This place is also very aesthetically pleasing!“

“Very nice restaurant! Love the ambiance. It's clean and the decor is beautiful especially the floral portion on the ceiling and paint color on the brick. We ordered skillets and they were large portions and were not greasy. Very delicious! I upgraded my pancakes to the signature honey berry ones and they were amazing!! Not too sweet and my husband ate half cause they were huge! Wide variety on their menu so we will be back.“
“This place was great. We stopped in this morning I had the green bowl & the Oreo donut. I have no idea how he got the bowl of the base so light & airy. Normally bowls are dense, it was not at all, I really enjoyed it. Husband got the peanut lovers shake. It was all so good. It was filling & satisfying. The setup is great, loved the post it note wall.The owner was super friendly & welcoming. He said he’d been in business one year, hope he has many more years of success. He has a great shop.Dietary restrictions: I’m soy & dairy intolerant & there were plenty of options on the menu for me to enjoy.“
