“Steel cafe is soo convenient and easy to access with the fastest service. The gym is amazing itself but the cafe has been the best addition to the gym. The workers in there are always so sweet.Anytime I need a little pick me up before a workout I grab a protein coffee and it gives me the best amount of energy and that doesn’t leave me with anxiety.There are so many fresh food options along with drinks and as a picky eater I always find something I love that helps me reach my daily protein intake!“

“Absolutely a treat to have this place in Glenview. They have a location off Glenview Road but are also in The Glenview Park Center and a Evanston location. Whether you are health conscious, have good allergies or just like to try different thing... the staff and owner is sooo informative. They know all about their ingredients and products. They have seasonal items too and holiday themed too. Love the Smoothies, he wide varieties of available bowl and oatmeal bowl, great soups with cheesy waffle is a must. The spinach waffle is awesome and the banana bread waffle is a must to try! Also great detox beverages! You can find fresh pressed juice as well. Worth the extra few dollars for truly high quality ingredients and superior service. They also have a strong wifi if you want to do some work or just hang out and play a game of connect or arcade game or read. This spot is a must to visit. They do dine in, take-put and delivery.“
“Carby eats has been a lifesaver. I was looking for a meal prep service that served foods that I actually like just in a healthier way! Other meal prep services just had chicken and rice for meal preps, which I didn’t want. The greatest thing about Carby eats is there variety of a menu and their ordering options. I order a lot of food from them and their quick customer service allows me to try new foods on their menu when I get tired of one item on their menu. This review is getting long but they are an amazing business with great tasting food that is fresh and taste good. “Not the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but first time for dinner as I usually join coworkers for lunch. Kind of a different experience as far as entrée sizes and prices. For lunch I feel it’s a moderately good deal but for dinner I was a little surprised at the portion size compared to the price, we did enjoy all of our dishes but having a hard time with the value. The charred cauliflower appetizer was tasty but small portion for over $12. The lasagna Bolognese made with a chicken sausage was equivalent of two large raviolis stacked on top of each other. For $20 I would expect a bigger portion. Overall a higher rating due to the ambience of the restaurant and service was good.“

The shakes are a great way to meet your nutritional needs (like protein) while keeping the calories low and being delicious. “I came a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and my sister-in-law. The lady there was so sweet and kind asking us how we found out about her business. (I totally forgot to get her name but i will be going back) The drinks we're filled with great taste the one drink she offered us reminded me of Kool-aid which was nice. I ended up getting the Watermelon cucumber which came with cucumber slices.One thing I would love to recommend as a new business that is starting up is having an open sign and even have lights and pictures of your items on the windows to draw attention to your location. Also, music will give the place a nice vibe. I will be going back again to support this small business and hopefully it will grow to a bigger business :)Kid-friendliness: Made me laugh but they do have a kids drink menu which offered a Roblox tea. I feel like majority of the menu is kid friendly :)Parking: Parking was kind of a hassle, I had to park on Kostner and Le Moyne on the right side by Aldi. In the summer it'll be a nice walk to get a drink, but the winter it'll be a harsh walk. When I asked about parking, the lady said she was trying to get the lot by the store.“
“My fiancé and I went there for the first time yesterday and went back again today. Their smoothies are fire !!! And to top it off they have Zumba classes there too. I will definitely be going back. Clean and upbeat environment. Serving healthy food as well which I look forward to trying soon“

They use Herbalife products for add ons ($2$ extra) I wish that was listed before you started adding in protein scoops etc. I also wish they told you about the combos when you order more than one drink…definitely didn’t mention it the first time there. it’s a very tasty and low key spot. Been back a few times and still good service and drinks!“

“Gina and Fabian are amazing! My experience at the gym was fantastic. I’ve since moved out of state and it is hard to find a gym in my new location that meets my expectations after such an amazing experience at Focus. My workout plan was tailored to what I needed and wanted to meet my goals. The gym was never crowded and I never felt intimidated walking into the gym. Highly recommend open gym or one on one personal training. Thank you Gina and Fabian!“

“I visited the Freshii location in the Rosemont Premium mall for the first time. I dined in the food court. I don't usually go to fast food restaurants in the mall. I was impressed with the Pangoa Bowl the food was fresh and delicious. I wish there were more closer locations.Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian but the pangoa bowl comes with vegetables and rice you can add the chicken. It was deliciousDietary restrictions: Everything was fresh to order. I wish there were more locations in the Chicagoland suburbs atea.“
