“Delectable, warm, and freshly made pretzels can be had here. There's this food court location as well as a WP kiosk on the upper (P3) level. They had a buy 2 get 1 free promotion going, so we had a regular, almond crunch, and cinnamon. I particularly enjoyed the almond crunch as well as the buttery freshness of all of the pretzels tried today. Our toddler in tow loved them all as well. ps - I coincidentally just saw an article that this chain (as well as Blaze Pizza) was founded by Elise Wetzel, a 1987 alumna of Northwestern! “This location in Terminal 2 (Concourse E) was about what I expected from a typical airport or rest stop Auntie Anne's. I usually order some pretzel nuggets, and these were fine - soft, buttery, and hadn't been sitting out for too long. I asked if they could scan the app for rewards, but instead they gave a receipt with a barcode to scan that worked just as well. Not sure how that would work if you wanted to redeem an offer/reward, but at least you can still earn points.“
“They were closing and only had 2 sweet almond pretzels left. At first I was disappointed as I love their salted pretzel with cheese, but thought I'd give it a try. I got the caramel sauce with it and it was really good! Can't wait until next time when I can get a fresh one!!! I have a new favorite - give it a try!!!“
“Upstairs location in front of F21. Ok I forgot his name but it was something like gustavillo? He was an amazing Hispanic gentleman who deserves a raise! Spoke really well English, treated me super nicely! I am vegan and Everytime I wat a pretzel I have to ask for no butter, which takes 10min to make. This gentleman was so nice to not judge me, he asked me if I was allergic to anything else and he was patient with me (I had two orders) this is customer service, not being rushed, being spoken nicely to and having a good freaking pretzel. “Landed in O'Hare and spotted Aunite Anne's, one of my favorite fast foods in the USA are the Mini Pretzel Dogs, loved them. Server was nice but as a British person, being asked for a tip on the credit card for somebody to give me a cup of pretzels is over the top.“

“Went into this store around 12:35pm on 10/10/16 to satisfy a craving as we walked by. We walked into the store and was greeted immediately by the girl at the counter. We did not get her name, but boy did she do an amazing job today. There were hardly any options pre-made in the display, so we asked for a custom order. She gladly took that order and informed us of the wait time, which was fine; I love fresh food. We overheard the girl explain to another customer that she was the only one working at the time and someone didn't show up or was running late. As it always does in the service industry: when you're down a worker, customers come in droves. People continued to file into this small space and ordered elaborate creations. She was strong and determined to get everything correct. Although some customers were visibly distraught and possibly annoyed at the wait times, she kept a smile on and continued to produce spectacular products. After waiting for our fresh snacks, we discover how even better their pretzels were when fresh out the oven. Despite her working extremely hard and possibly overwhelmed, her dedication and thoroughness with the orders earned my utmost respect. This girl deserves a huge recognition for coming through in what seemed like a very stressful time. Hopefully she can read this and realize even if it was grueling work at that moment, she made our experience worth every second. Keep up the great work!“
