“We just visited the bakery for the first time yesterday. We had some of the best cookies and cinnamon rolls. We came because of her good reputation. We also bought cookies for a young friend who just had surgery. Her mom messaged me and said she didn't know who Heather is, but she makes the most amazing cookies, especially the cookies and cream cookie. My husband is also a very picky snacker and he said those were the best he every had. And.... the service was amazing too. We will definitely return.”

“Just tried today for the first time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even coming in later on a Saturday there was still a wide variety of menu options available. Coffee was delicious as was everything else. This will be our new coffee go to!”

“We chose St. Nick for an Easter Brunch. It was great, from biscuits and gravy to steak and eggs a delicious, well made and presented meal. Service was spot on and seamless. We also enjoyed interesting decor as well as a view of an active flight line. Go take well behaved kids and enjoy”

“Perfect place for a date night. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was easily the best I have ever had. The onion rings tasted like good fair food.This is a great place for those who want to eat, play some pool, and grab some drinks.The posted hours did show Sunday as closed, but the light up "Open" sign was on and the staff assured us they were open.”

We ordered veggie and spinach pesto from the "Not breakfast" menu. We also ordered an Americano which was ok. The food was good but it was very sweet. We were not sure if it was some topping or if they added sugar syrup. It's a decent place to eat in Herrin.Vegetarian options: There are a couple of options for vegetarians under the "Not breakfast" menu.”

“There were 3 of us. We were the only patrons for a while then another table came in. They had a buffet that evening with a salad bar. The food was very good. 2 kinds of meat, mashed potatoes, 2 kinds of gravy, green beans, corn, and salad bar. We had cobbler and pie for dessert.Usually when we go there, the place is busy. Price was very good. Breakfast is available all day.Parking: Parking lot just outside the door. Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables were spaced well enough that a wheelchair could be used. Doors were average width.”

“Chanisa's Thai dishes are excellent! Always a treat whether getting our regular dinners or trying something new. The spring rolls are really good, especially with Chanisa's homemade sauce. Also the desserts, the sticky rice with fruit, are a perfect ending!As for recommendations, there are several dishes not listed on the below questionnaire. The soups, other noodle dishes, etc. have all been great.”

“Came down from Chicago for the eclipse. Amazing food, great atmosphere, tasty beer, exceptional service. Eden and a young guy whose name I didn’t get were so welcoming and kind. Eden made me feel like I was a regular she knew for ages. Came April 7, so whomever was the guy working that night can also get credit for such warm and welcoming service. I had the whipped feta app and Mac n cheese side which were amazing, my partner had the tacos. He loved the sauce they use.”

“I grabbed some donuts for my kids here one morning. They were busy with cars in the drive thru and people inside. The staff were friendly and courteous. They were patient with my order and questions. My kids like the long john's with no filling and chocolate icing. I like the cinnamon donuts. They also have good coffee here. The prices are very reasonable.Parking: Small parking lot but parking available. They are located off Highway 48, so it's a busy road in the mornings.Kid-friendliness: Good environment for kids”

“I didn't even know about this place until a friend brought some of the brownies, cupcakes, and macarons. They were all incredible!!! Some of the BEST cupcakes and macarons I've ever had. Incredible flavor and texture. Can't wait to check it out myself.”
