I placed an order for pickup while in line and waited longer than if I would have just stayed in line. Then my order was done, and I was standing in the correct area for pickup. The lady cutting dough completely ignored me! Then, when I asked if it was my order, she gave it to me without my drink. Then they wanted my food back to see the receipt like I was trying to get a free drink. Will not go back to this one. the food was ok but our pretzels were a bit undercooked. I asked for a frosted dragonfruit smoothie and the man for cashiering only got me a regular one. he was also very rude and yelled at us and other customers

After not having an Auntie Anne's pretzel in years, Woodfield Mall's locations (two, at least!) have shown me how good they can be.I always look forward to getting a pretzel whenever I visit Woodfield, as they're always hot and fresh; even though the associates contend with huge crowds, they always seem to process everyone quickly and efficiently. Definitely the best location I have visited.
