Went today to order a sandwich unfortunately there was bugs in the sandwich. At first I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but nope. There were whole bugs in the sandwich. I’ve only eaten here once and enjoyed it so I came back. But now I think I’ll just stay away. Double check your food when you go here. When I went up to let them know they didn’t believe me and looked at me crazy. But when they saw one crawl out that’s when they refunded me. Not a great experience coming back. Doubt I ever will come back now.

Ok, it's in a mall food court, but it was delicious. I can see why Charleys was one of the popular venues in the Woodfield Mall food court. The sandwich was freshly and quickly prepared. The chicken was spicy and the toppings were very fresh. The tables are comfortable and they had booster chairs for our toddler. The nearby restrooms were modern and clean. All in all, a good pick for a quick bite!

As long as you get a cheesesteak sandwich the food is awesome. The prices are ridiculous however and they lost a star for that.
Absolutely mid. In my hungover hubris, I ordered a giant sloppy toppy baked steak sandwich, and was served a congealed mass of steak and cheese that I could barely stomach. Service was quick, even during a lunch rush. Employees were friendly, and condiments were readily accessible. Conclusion: I have nobody to blame but myself for my disappointment.

I do not know why I am only writing this review now, even though I know for a fact that I went to this spot a couple of months ago. It's definitely long overdue, but I can't help but share my wonderful experience from this location. I was in the Woodfield Mall, and I was famished, so I decided to grab a bite. They have many different and good spots, but my feet brought me to this spot. This spot was not as busy as the others, so I chose it, and besides, cheesesteaks sounded good to me. The first thing I looked at was their menu, with a couple of choices of cheesesteaks, some sides, and a few drinks. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and their lemonade. The service was very friendly, and it was also quick. The Philly cheesesteaks have a nice serving, somehow generous, and it tastes really good. It was fresh and hot when I ate it, and all I can say is that it tastes good. The cheesesteak alone seriously made me full and very satisfied. I was a little curious about their lemonade because I think it was my first time trying their lemonade and it actually tastes delicious and is definitely refreshing. I would love to stop in here again for a quick bite whenever I go to this mall.
