“If you want great Italian Chicago style food this is where you go. It's a nice inviting Pizza restaurant. The food from beefs, pizzas, spaghetti and meatballs. It's all good. My favorite is the meatball sandwich on garlic bread. The manager Emily is great and friendly. She takes care of catering as well. If you need a party setup ask for Emily. This place is the only place around making all their Italian food by hand. It's ran by an old Italian guy that keeps the food just right! “The Lou Malnati Salad was the best salad I have ever had. Absolutely outstanding. Minestrone soup was flavorful and rich. Bruschetta was standard. Thin crust cheese pizza was tasty. Loved the cheese blend. Our server was an absolute professional. Attentive, friendly, quick and thoughtful. Vibe was great. Outstanding and comfortable place to bring your family.“
“I have waited too long to order from here! We tried a panzerotti, cheesy garlic bread, a thin crust pizza, and tiramisu to go. All the food was yummy! The pizza was loaded with ingredients. A high quality cheese. And sausage with fennel, yum! It smells good when you walk in. Very authentic Italian food! Friendly service. Reasonable prices. I'll be back.“
“What a wonderful experience. Now this is what a classic restaurant should be. The dining area was low lit, quiet with well trained waitstaff. Very nice and impressive. I asked if they could prepare an item not on the menu and they were very accommodating. The food was delicious, the background music was enjoyable and overall a great evening. We will definitely be back. I want to express my appreciation for an owner who understands what an adult evening out should be. Thank you.“
“We usually frequent another authentic, wood-burning pizza place in Schaumburg, but when a new Italian restaurant opened in town, had to check it out!Ambience is nice and modern - almost like a 'sports bar' vibe...lots of TVs around, the colors scheme was RED - not sure if it was for Christmas/holiday time. Also not sure how it looks during lunch time or regular non-holiday time. It does not have a 'small, cozy, Italian family' vibe but a regular chain-restaurant vibe.Staff is suited up with uniforms. Our waitress was polite, friendly and attentive. We even had them make a simple pasta with marinara sauce (off the menu) for my kids - which they did.Food - I wouldn't call it 'authentic Italian'. It's American-Italian.I missed the 'Napoli' flavor; the taste of the dough is different - the personal thin crust pizza is still thicker than usual. The oven is not wood-burning. It's gas and is automatic - it keeps revolving at a pace (kinda cool to see!), but I believe, it impacts different pizza topings differently. Nothing bad, just different!“
“Great food-we had chopped salad, 8oz. Filet w mashed potato and a side order of creamed spinach-delish!!! Service was stellar! Ambiance wonderful ! Owner made his rounds to greet and entertain customers! Best cosmo drink we have had in a very long time-if not the best!!!We will be back!!“
“it was a wonderful fun experience...They accommodated our large party in a private area. And the servers were kind and patient with our many underage patrons. the food was delicious. Even the salads had a great variety. Beside the regular thin crust we tried a barbaque chicken pizza and it was amazing. A spinach, a pepperoni, and an deluxe meat..They also had a great selection of some very light cocktails that were extremely flavorful.....we got the cheese pull!! that was fun!!“
“4.5/5, you know what you're getting. And it's not a bad thing.Like all other chain fast food, you know what you're paying for when you come here.I got the spaghetti and meatball for my daughter and I, it was enough for our lunch. The spaghetti pasta was cooked well. The meatballs were seasoned well. They were delicious and succulent. The sauce was a little watery, but it had a good seasoning and flavor. We enjoyed our food. The service was good. They were nice and helped us quickly. The atmosphere was a little odd. Tables weren't that clean. If you're looking for an alternative to burgers, fried food, or other fast food; this is a good choice. Although considering it's a chain and the food is fast food, it's place that serves pasta and pizza. This Woodfield Mall location is clean and has tasty quality food.“
“I hit this place up to get my crispy fluffy doughy pizza fix. Can't say I've ever been disappointed getting pizza here. I usually order one for lunch and I can have it for a few lunches/dinner. It is different than Chicago style, but I ain't complaining one bit.“
“Well, after six months in Schaumburg, and after passing this restaurant daily in that time? It was TIME for a try! Ok- on arrival, I was immediately greeted by a nice young man - but after I said "Dinner for one, please?" - he promptly disappeared with no explanation. He returned, didn't speak to me, then disappeared w/o any acknowledgement of my arrival. NOT a great way to treat a 1st time client, right? The young lady there then asked if I'd been helped - I told her I thought the young man would seat me? She disappeared; he returned, and w/o any apology he sat me down w/o comment. I somehow must have reminded him of either an estranged older brother or - god forbid- a father he was ticked off at. Not reassuring for a first impression. After a wait of about 3 minutes, a lovely lady, Cindy, came to introduce herself and take my drink order (a Peroni, natch!). Service was lovely and timely from this point on - thank goodness. A popular place, with a large menu incorporating pizza (thin and stuffed crust, of course- this is Chicagoland, after all) - I ordered an appetizer of Italian sausage medallions in a tasty tomato-based sauce - absolutely stunning flavor and one I'll look forward to in a future visit. Dinner was a small thin crust margherita pizza. While it was a very serviceable pizza with fresh ingredients, the crust- along the edges - had little flavor to it. Might be the norm, but to this West-coaster it tasted slightly bland. But all said? It was really nice and enjoyable, esp with the chili flakes added :) Will I return? I will give them another shot- absolutely. I suspect it's family owned and the young man working would - to put it mildly - would rather "not" be working. I get it. I was a teen once as well. But if it's putting food on your table and a roof over your head? A bit more care and concern to your customers is needed. Not trying to bash the young man- he just needs to realize that you only get one first impression with a new customer - BUT- Cindy - the waitperson who did the actual heavy-lifting? A pure joy, absolutely. I'll bring my hub-hub next time - but it would have been a 5 but for the aforementioned young man's lack of customer service skills.“
“NPT is the best pizza in the suburbs of Chicago! It is Neopolitan style pizza and they have pasta dishes as well. Their appetizers are excellent, their Tiramisu is top notch, and they have a good selection of wines and Italian sodas. Get over to NPT for authentic Neopolitan pizzas!“
“Pizza was delivered 20 minutes ahead of the estimated time on a Friday night! The delivery driver followed the directions I submitted online, was courteous and professional. The pizza was fresh out of the overn hot, and made perfectly to oder. Best pizza delivery experience I've had in a long time!“
“I had a door dash mishap tonight and the manager not only got me my refund but had a new pizza being made with her own delivery driver. I even got cookies for my inconvenience! They have one competent manager among with delicious pizza!!! Thank you for making the whole issue so easy.“
“You always know what you are getting at Rosatis. Consistently good pizza. Sometimes we try different places and sometimes we get lucky with a good one as most places are hit or miss. But when we want a decent pizza everybody will like, we always hit up Rosatis for pick up or delivery.“
“Ask for Ashley ? that is one waitress that goes above and beyond and knows her job. She's a kid friendly waitress with a little sweet spunk and beautiful as ever. My 7yr old decided Ashley is getting some regulars. I legit went from 1x a year into 1x a month we can't get enough of Ms.Ashley we appreciate you so much thanks for serving us every time we come.“
“We went to have lunch because the Easter bunny was there. They did a great job with everything that Easter bunny was so cute and so friendly. My six-year-old was so happy he was able to take pictures and he got a candy egg. The whole experience was awesome and we hope to do it again next year.“
“We were seated quickly and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. He checked on us frequently which we appreciated. The drinks were great but the food was a bit salty. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the sauce was too salty. Other than that the food and atmosphere were good.“
