Took over nearly an hour to get one sandwich. Very unorganized. Folks that ordered after me got food first. Finally got mine before others that ordered ahead of me. No one seemed to be in charge. People were leaving without getting their food. No offer to make it right. Terrible experience

Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve had in years. Ordered on the app to be delivered to me at work. I ordered before the store was even open but requested a delivery time between 11:30-11:45. At 11:54 the app finally said the order went out for delivery. At 12:20 it was finally in my hand. Then I found the sandwich had been made incorrectly.I called the store to see what could be done and was given two option. 1. I could come by to pick up the right sandwich……. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?!?!?2. They offered to cancel void to order entirely. The very enthusiastic manager (sarcasm) who sounded like he’s about 19 then said “ok it’s voided” I said “great thanks for that” THEN HE JUST HANGS UP WITHOUT ANYTHING ELSE!I order from this store nearly every other Saturday for my lunch at work. I never want to return now.

All I can say is Do Not order in this location. I waited for two sandwiches over ah hour, but funny enough JJ delivery girl was outside of my house. But either she was lost or had a wrong order… wasn’t mine that’s for sure. When I called the store this ghetto manager said - no your order is still here. I’m like that’s 40 minutes you know? Where the store is literally 7 minutes away from my house. I had to call 3 times to ask if this order will be delivered. Finally this guy comes by knocking exactly who I am since he talked to me 3 times. And asking me what’s the name under this delivery… I’m like freaky fast. Every other location will refund me my money and still deliver the food.

Scheduled an order this morning for 12:15pm. Did not come until about 12:35. I wouldn’t care but I have to clock out for my lunch break at work at 12:30. When I called to check on my order, the person who answered had no customer service skills. To top it off I paid for avocado spread and there was almost none on the sandwich.

Anything but Freaky Fast. On a couple different occasions, it has taken well over an hour to get our food. The first time, I chalked it up to a bad day. This time, delivery was scheduled and the order placed an hour ahead of the time of requested delivery. 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to be delivered, we called, the sandwiches hadn't even left the shop yet. Do not order from this Jimmy Johns if you want your food in a timely manner. Not to mention, the attitudes of the employees there are pretty horrible.

Place is clean, fast and friendly. And this is the only place I've been able to get a Philly Cheesesteak that tasted like it should outside of Philly. I don't know why people are giving them low stars. I'm starting to get addicted to those Philly cheesesteaks! McDonalds and other fast food joints cost so much these days.. why would I spend $10 there to feel bloated, uncomfortable and get poor nutrition when I can get something much better here?

Am I supposed to place my order once they “open” in order to get my food delivered on time? Sorry Schaumburg but you have lost my business.
