Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is.
They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan.

Loove my experiences at Life Time Fitness Schaumburg! I partake in most of the fitness group classes! All of the fitness and yoga instructors are amazing!! Pamela R. really meets my needs in all her classes—Gluteus Maxout, Upper RX, etc...I see immediate results! My husband and I, are very happy with Luke’s Hiit Class and recently Will’s Hiit class! The yoga community especially the yoga teachers are the best...they are all so inspirational!! Overall, my husband and I are pleased with the Schaumburg Lifetime community! The staff are amazing!!

Their pancakes were awesome, they put extra chocolate chips for my daughter who was having a rough day with tantrums. Very grateful for the owner who came by and gave her extra whip cream just to make her smile.
