This is not authentic pho. Meat was poor and noodle was just a glass noodle. Don’t order from here

Probably the worst pho I’ve ever had. The noodles had a slimy texture and resembled spaghetti noodles, not rice noodles. The broth had a fishy aftertaste. Pho broth is supposed to be clear. What they served me was murky, cloudy, and dark. It also had a slightly sour taste (even before I added the lime) They only gave me one basil leaf. The meatballs were decent. The beef was tough and fat wasn’t rendered out. For $13.99 a bowl, this is simply not worth it. This was the first time I’ve ever thrown out a bowl of pho without finishing it.

The worst place I've ever ordered fast food from literally one hour to a bowl of noodles and a spring roll. Very up disappointed didn't eat any more how disgusting the service was. And for it to be quick they have kiosk for better service but was worse. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only place in the mall.

It took ten minutes until I got the food. No one waiting before me. The taste was normal or below. The special Phoe $13.99, and I think it is over priced.

Ordered using the terminal. Still have a tip. No one was at the counter. After waiting for 10 minutes, I rang the bell. The surly person told me that she was preparing other orders although no-one else was around and returned to the back. Fresh spring rolls were ok. Fried may be better as the lettuce was a bit tired. The pho was weak and thin. Do not eat here.

I was pleasantly surprised about this place. Usually with mall food courts, the food is a mere convenience, and less about taste. Pho Cafe was actually good. I ordered the chicken pho and it came with ample chicken. They give you a small paper basket of bean sprouts, Jalapeños, mint, and lime. I usually like a boatload of bean sprouts, but that's extra here. The broth was very flavorful and I really enjoyed my pho. Pho real yo.

Service is horrible. They didn't have half of their offered soft drinks and employee was annoyed they had to change our drinks and said there was a note about it on the ordering kiosk. The note was on the kiosk we didn't use. The noodles also suck. They were mush and I had to use a spoon to eat it because I couldn't pick it up with my fork or chop sticks. Stay away from this place.

I ordered the house special Pho and the broth was very delicious. Overall a lot of food comparable to the other shops in the mall. Very great service as well.

On Monday, August 28 2023 at around 6pm I went to Pho Cafe for the first time. My allergies were acting up and a good hot Pho always makes me feel better. The gentleman employee behind the counter must have been having a bad day or going thorough something tough because he was one of the most unpleasant and grumpy people I have encountered in a long time. He was slamming tickets, rolling his eyes when he noticed customers who wanted to order, and was even overheard complaining about the number of customers that wanted to eat at the Pho Cafe. While I waited for my food maybe 8-10 people ordered, with little to no line so they were not overly swamped. I would love to say I would go back there again but due to the staff, I will avoid this restaurant if I can. The food was good, but I don't want to feel like an in-convince when I'm buying food. If I could give service 0 starts, I would.

I came to the mall to eat at the pho cafe - no one was behind the counter. I ordered from another place in the mall and sat there for almost an hour eating - finally before I left, someone came out from the back to the counter for less than a minute and disappeared again - not really sure how you are supposed to order…
