The food is delicious. The waitress was slow considering it was pretty empty in the restaurant when we went. I would still go back .

Walked in an hour and a half before closing without even saying hello the bartender asked for 2 forms of identification and waited about 5 minutes without any water or drinks before we decided to leave and go to another place. Customer service not good. A simple hello how are you doing goes a long way.

Really nice place with an extensive menu. Even with a limited wait staff, the service was excellent and our server was attentive and friendly. The brisket sandwich was very good and the homemade chips almost perfect- maybe a little more salt. Great beer selection as

Was seated at booth with bugs. Got moved. Server was a little slow. One of my group asked for cup of ice took awhile to get it. Fries and chips weren't very warm. I had a very good burger

Zero stars if I could. As I still sit here and wait and wait for check. I can see why it’s empty and doubt it will be around much longer. When I asked for a drink menu the millennial teenager told me “we just have coke products.” LOL so you don’t have cocktails? 15-20 minutes for drinks, food sub par. The Avocado tacos were not hot at all. The fried green tomatoes I had to send back because they were full of grease. The wings we had were lukewarm and like someone dumped a bottle of bbq sauce on them. The shrimps was not blackened in my sister’s wrap. No plates ever cleared, never asked if we wanted more drinks. After he left the food he ran and his in the kitchen with the rest of the staff. I give them 6 months more max. WAY better options than this in the Schaumburg area. What really pissed me off was as I go to leave, I almost slip and crack my head open on water and ice cubes on the floor. As I say something to my family, a gray haired handle bar mustache Willy Wonka hipster flips around and says “it just happened.” Actually, nasty man it didn’t, it’s been there entire time I was eating. As my table was 2 tables down and could it see table (which had been empty for awhile). The sole fact that an employee felt comfortable enough to engage a customer into an argument over water being left on a floor is ridiculous, unprofessional, and the very root of why their establishment was empty on a Sunday afternoon. This place is more than a joke, the village of Schaumburg should be embarrassed.

Very disappointing...sat at the bar..not busy but sat long enough to consider leaving. Drink order was okay...but downhill from there. Ordered a side salad & burnt ends. Both came at the same time...gee wanted the salad and then eat the burnt ends while still hot...oh well didn't matter the burnt ends were 30% chunks of fat. Wouldn't that have cooked off? Told bartender my concerns and she said " sorry"... I replied not your fault..maybe tell some one who might care. Apparently no one does...I will not be back and not recommending. At their price point...everything should be better!

We got a Bloody Mary pitcher and they brought out three glasses. All three had dried crust of the last drink inside. Either not washed or washed poorly. We asked for new glasses and was told by the server “no they are just stained”, but I had already fairly easily scraped a chunk off the glass. Our waiter did go to grab new glasses & I saw the bartender aggressively wiping out the cups and then when they were delivered back to the table they were still crusty.

We got take out because we were staying at a neighboring hotel. Great opportunity for this place to get biz. I was disappointed by the salad my husband brought to me. It is just kale and a few slices of dry chicken not even fresh graded parm. Not enough dressing. This salad is the reason my husband laughs at me for eating vegetables. It’s a disgrace. This salad could use an upgrade with lemons, olive oil, shaved parm… something that makes it updated. Even mixing the kale with other greens and lemon would be an upgrade. Nice it’s across the street but I’d prob door dash something else next time
