Not as expected. In Chicago for business. Dropped off luggage and plotted for Deep Dish pizza.Arrived at Uno's, which is connected to a Comfort Inn. Arrived around 7, and the place was empty. Didn't expect the weekly trivia session. Unexpected and did enjoy it.Ordered the garlic bread, and it was more of a cheese bread served with marina sauce. Tasted ok, but not was I expected and would not reorder.Small deep dish to share with one person, and it was a perfect size. I have been to multiple Uno locations, so I know how the pizza should taste. This tasted off, I couldn't put my finger on it, but it had a sour taste. I rated it a 2 out of 10. For newbies, I would skip this location because the pizza doesn't taste like this. This location was also understaffed. One server, one bar manager and at one point I saw a cook peek out looking for a runner. This Uno was not was I expected. The pizza didnt taste good, the location was not optimal but the trivia made me smile. Skip and go elsewhere.

This pizza uno location is a good place to come for pizza! It is located within a hotel, so please be aware of that and be respectful of the property, especially when using the restroom, which is a part of the hotel. Other than this, it is a family-friendly place with overall good pizza! I highly recommend the cauliflower pizza it's so good.

Pizza Crawl 2024 Stop #1For our 10-year anniversary we are stopping in Chicago, Detroit, NYC, and New Haven, CTPizzeria Uno is the birthplace of Chicago style pizzaTomato sauce was spectacular and there’s tons of cheese. The pizza came HOT in a pan and it was delicious! I don’t love the thin crispy pie crust, but that is Chicago style for you. Overall, it was better than I expected and it’s easy to see why this place has been around so long and spawned a whole style of pizza!Service and ambience was great as well!

My wife and I were staying at the hotel next door during an overnight layover and Michael at the bar made our night - great attitude and great service! It was late night and we were only in for drinks, so while we didn't eat, the food looks good and is reasonably priced, definitely recommend a stop in for anyone in the area.

Great place, really good pizza, cheesy garlic bread and vegetable soup. Perfect for a cold, snowy evening. Will be back. Ava was a gem of a server too! Only bad thing, parking is a bit tough....

Not having grown up in the Chicago area, deep dish pizza was a wonderful discovery. But not all deep dish pizzas are equal. For me, there are only 2 restaurants that make GREAT deep dish pizza and Uno's is one of those 2 places! I ordered a large deep dish with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms, a side order of mozzarella sticks and a Pepsi. As always, absolutely delicious! The gentleman who waited on me was friendly and attentive making the whole experience very pleasant. An added bonus, the pizzas freezes and reheats well, allowing me to continue to enjoy the delicious food ?. If you haven't tried Uno's deep dish pizza, you're missing out!Wheelchair accessibility: While I don't use a wheelchair, the layout was all on the first floor with lots of space between tables and wide doorways.

Excellent pizza, vegetable soup, cheesy garlic bread. Great service from Ava. They even put the BHawk hockey game on for us. Pricing not bad. Only minor issue is parking a bit tight, esp for handicap spots. Will be back!

Great food. Great location if you don’t want to get closer to downtown. The Deep Dish Brownie Sundae was perfect, we ended craving a little bit more. The pizza Veggie Extravaganza was the best we got in this visits although we asked for a Deep Dish also.

Food was amazing, service was amazing. We showed up 30 minutes before closing due to our flight being canceled. The entire staff was still very kind and happy to take our order. We ordered the Deep Dish Número Uno pizza. 100% recommend.

The details of this place in itself are very classic and Chicago at heart. When you get to the amazing food please don’t skip out on their best appetizers, in reference to Pizza Skins in particular. Great Chicago twist to potato skins. Next I personally had the thin crust Southside Sausage and when I tell you perfect sauce, not heavy, nice bite with small spice sausage and amazing crust. Please don’t sleep on this amazing experience. Also staff was on point. Chicago’s best.
