Upon walking in, no greeting. The lady working the cash register could not look more like she absolutely dreaded being there. Ordered our food (just two sandwiches) and it took about 20 minutes of waiting to get it, so kinda slow I’d say. Guy after us literally got two teas - one drink and one premade gallon of it - he waited 15min for that. First time I've ever been in a mcalister's. Disorganized. Messing up orders, orders taking a long time.The manager did care about getting the messed up order resolved as quickly as possible.No music on, really quiet and awkward feeling. One cashier seemed to be in a real grouchy mood. Didn't even attempt the customer service smile.

My first time here and the staff behind the register was extremely helpful. I had a turkey and cheese with avocado and potato soup. Very tasty. The drink black cherry lemonade was the bomb! Everyone else in the party was as delighted as I! Would definitely recommend if in the mood for sandwiches soups or salads.
