Got SW grillled chicken and mac & cheese. Had to send back the mac as it was cold. Then it was runny as soup. Had to use a spoon as "cheese" ran through the fork like liquid. "Grilled" chicken was only warm at best. A large table of children was very loud and rowdy, throwing food. Their adult chaperones were oblivious. My $15 bill should have been $4.99 at best.

My first time here and the staff behind the register was extremely helpful. I had a turkey and cheese with avocado and potato soup. Very tasty. The drink black cherry lemonade was the bomb! Everyone else in the party was as delighted as I! Would definitely recommend if in the mood for sandwiches soups or salads.

Upon walking in, no greeting. The lady working the cash register could not look more like she absolutely dreaded being there. Ordered our food (just two sandwiches) and it took about 20 minutes of waiting to get it, so kinda slow I’d say. Guy after us literally got two teas - one drink and one premade gallon of it - he waited 15min for that. The lady working the cash register moved almost comically slow with again a look that she was in the most awful place in the world. Once we did get the food it was very good. So, food is a 5/5 but service was a 1/5. Pro tip for the lady at the cash register - if you hate interacting with people, don’t get a customer service job. We came during lunch on Saturday 23 Dec 23.

I ordered a salad without croutons since I have a gluten allergy. Had to wait a while to get my order to go. Once I got out to my car and opened up my salad, it had croutons in it.

Came and it was so dirty inside almost all the tables had plates on them. And then I ordered a choose 2 and they gave me a kids potato saying that that's the normal potato when I've ordered before and it was way bigger.

Horrible experience! Customer service sucks! Didn’t get our drinks till the food came. We waited for our food and drinks for almost 30 minutes. Food sat in the window for 15 minutes. My daughter’s grilled cheese was cold. We got the wrong food and drinks. And all the manager gave us for our horrible experience was two chocolate chip cookies for my daughter for her “wait”. Another manager did came out and refund us for our whole meal. Shout out to Josh and handle the situation a lot better than the other manager.
