Jessica, our waitress, food adviser and an all around great person. Her kindness, especially her exquisite personality which made my wife at ease along with her conversation with that would just melt anyone's heart. She is there every Saturday at 10 am to 2 pm. Food is great.Service is fine, but to have 3 separate people bringing food and drinks is odd... not to mention dumping of the appetizers without placing them properly in the table is lazy. The plates when served were underneath the appetizer, oddly, so you have to lift up and replace the dish to get to the plates. We went to the Shorewood Illinois Chili's Feb. 3rd at around 6:00. Sat at the bar. First the food was great, mozzarella sticks were the best, Alex's Santa fe burger was one of the best burger I have had. My wife loved her chicken quesadilla. The bartender, Kathy, was great as was the manager who was helping everyone. I noted everyone helped each other wait on the customers. That usually reflects great management.
