The service here is great. I am a manager at a restaurant myself and I can say they are always on top of their service. Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and always have an enjoyable time. :)
Wow, has this place gone down in a short time!! We ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer and they have really decreased the amount of food you get. (The price, of course, has gone up.) I ordered a margarita sangria swirl and it is about half the size that you get at Uncle Julios and it was $9!! When we got our dinners, which we have favorites that we always order, they were not up to expectations. My husband got the fajitas and he couldn't even eat the steak it was so tough. Basically one third of his meal was not edible and the price has increased. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. They were still good, although not as packed with ingredients as usual. In addition, they no longer come with rice and beans, which I am pretty sure they did have in the past. Not sure if this is just the Shorewood restaurant or if these changes are widespread. I don't think we will be heading back any time soon. There are a lot of other places we have tried that weren't as expensive and were much more unique. This makes me sad because I loved Chilis!

The experience was alright. The food lacked a bit of flavor and could have used more cream. It's better than some other places I've tried. My nephew used to work here and he did a great job. However, the food quality has declined since last year's Cinco de Mayo. There's room for improvement in enhancing the flavor of the dishes. Nonetheless, the staff are friendly and the food arrived on time and warm.

Jessica, our waitress, food adviser and an all around great person. Her kindness, especially her exquisite personality which made my wife at ease along with her conversation with that would just melt anyone's heart. She is there every Saturday at 10 am to 2 pm. If you're reading this, here's something you do know, teachers do not get paid much so they have to find employment to make ends meet, this is Jessica, a teacher and a waitress. Ask for her and be amazed by her heartfelt service and kindness. We give Jessica and Chili's a 5 Star!

I order food with my coworkers this afternoon. We decided to get chilis and I wanted to try the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl along with the soup and southwest egg rolls. It seemed appetizing with all my favorite ingredients. The employees there were friendly and my order came out on time. Once I was finally ready to eat my lunch. I dived right in, since I was extremely hungry. I was disappointed after the first bite. :( I tried a few more bites thinking I just need to mix it . But no, just did not taste good at all. I’m a manager myself so, I’m running around helping my crew and decided to call chilis to see if they would be able to allow a remake or something else. Such as a plain cheese burger or even a simple salad, but the conversation did not go far. Once I was able to call chilis up, waiting to speak to the manager about my food. Which we had a big order. I only wanted to remake one thing to something else. I even had the food with me to show them that I only had a few bites. I did not enjoy my lunch and honestly wanted to throw up. It just did not taste right to me . Once I got ahold of the manager and explained everything. She then explained that “we have professional cooks for the past 15 years and I would not be able to replace your food just because you simply did not like it” . I was truly upset and felt like she did not care. I honestly started crying after that conversation. I spent my harder money on food that I did not enjoy. I should have just simply went somewhere else instead of spending $25 on lunch and hope to save food for dinner. I am a struggling college student, who is also a manager myself. As a manager, when a client does not enjoy their service. I sympathize with my clients and try to hear them out or make some kind of accommodations for them. So for any of you thinking about ordering food here or eating out. Please be careful and mindful of what you order because if you do not like it, they simply do not care.

Food is great.Service is fine, but to have 3 separate people bringing food and drinks is odd... not to mention dumping of the appetizers without placing them properly in the table is lazy. The plates when served were underneath the appetizer, oddly, so you have to lift up and replace the dish to get to the plates. Sloppy.Atmosphere is fine.I love going to chili's but the service is subpar. Not sure why it's done this way but... if you are looking for tips. This is not appealing for a customer. At least imo.I will be back, but i don't expect different service. Seems to be the norm these days. Unfortunately...

We went to the Shorewood Illinois Chili's Feb. 3rd at around 6:00. Sat at the bar. First the food was great, mozzarella sticks were the best, Alex's Santa fe burger was one of the best burger I have had. My wife loved her chicken quesadilla. The bartender, Kathy, was great as was the manager who was helping everyone. I noted everyone helped each other wait on the customers. That usually reflects great management. Even when we were leaving a waiter walking by, stopped to open the door for us. Great visit, thanks to everyone at Shorewood Chili's for your hard work!
