The pizza was just OK. Very undercooked. Ordered a 30 piece buffalo boneless and it came with only 20 and was not even tossed with Buffalo sauce. The buffalo sauce was drizzled over the top very lightly. My daughter would not even eat them. They were so bad we had to throw them away. Would add the picture of the boneless wings if I could

I tried to contact a manager or someone to fix the matter before writing a bad review but no luck. I ordered pizza around 11:30pm pizza arrived after 12:00 damaged like it was tossed out the window or in a car accident on the way.

************Update************2nd order-We decided to give them another shot. Order was timely this time so we actually got the pizza. The ingredient distribution was awful. It looked like they pulled the ingredients in the middle, shook it a little and threw it in the oven. 1 pizza was customized 1/2 and 1/2.... For each child. The ingredients were on the wrong side, all the sausage was piled up on two slices. They also failed to slice the pizza all the way through and the slices were no where close it being uniform sizes. This place is quite awful. This was our last attempt with this papa john's.1st order-We ordered 5 pizzas through the app and scheduled the delivery for the following day. The app stated that they would be delivered by 6pm. I called at 6:15pm to ask about the status and I was told that they didn't even make our pizzas yet and they are tending to other orders. What is the point of ordering in advance and scheduling a delivery if you are not going to honor it. And to be told that "it's a very busy night... Bla Bla bla"?? Yes, I know. That's why I ordered in advance. Similar to a reservation. Absolutely ridiculous.OH, and the best the "manager" could offer was to have us come pick it up instead of delivery. What the actually eff does that do for us as a customer. Nice way to treat a customer spending $100 on your mediocre Pizza.Hey Papa John's, hold this L.

Store hours says they close at 1a.m. I called at 12:30a.m. And was told I can not put my order in because their about to close. I wish they could just say their close time is at 12:30a.m instead.

I just called to order 3-29-24. I could not understand the woman. She ramble off something they offered and I said I’m sorry I can’t understand you so I’ll just tell you what I want. So I told her one of my orders and before I can finish she said is that all. I said no I wanted another pizza so I order a calzone epic stuffed crust pizza and heard silence I said did you hear me, in a loud rude voice she said yes I can hear you! So I hung up! You lost a costumer permanently!

It is the worst service ever they are touching their phone and underwear while making food they don’t wash their hand and their communication is terrible they should get the Health Inspectors check this place because it’s awful I’m surprised they are still open absolutely terrible experience. Everyone in that place should be fired and they give such a bad attitude and they don’t know how to speak up. They were also coughing while making the food like seriously wash your hands. Don’t go here if you want good food.

Arrived a few minutes after my pick-up time, on purpose, as I know this location is usually busy. Never had an issue in the past 2 years, but for some reason, yesterday I had a horrible experience. When I arrived, a customer seemed upset as he didn't have complete order ready. Understandable , but I'll give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, as again, they're usually busy, and I wasn't there from the beginning of that conversation. Another customer seemed confused as his order could not be located, and again, I believe this to be an issue on the customer and not the restaurant. My issue was that not 1 or 2 or 3, but 4 employees acknowledged me, but did make eye contact. Not even a, Welcome to Papa John's, please give us a few minutes xxxxxxx. Nothing. After a few minutes, a young lady walked in and one of the lady employees (who had made eye contact with me) asked "Have you been helped?" That's when I said "no, I haven't. ' and again, ignored. After a few minutes, another lady took my name and handed me my order. Needless to say, for someone who's worked in Customer Service, this type of experience is how you lose customers. Will be trying a different pizzeria the area next time

On vacation visiting family in IL and we ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza for pickup. I asked them to cook the pizzas separately because my son is allergic to a spice that’s in pepperoni. When I went to pick it up not only were they cooked together but they were both pepperoni. All the queer with the snakebites said was “I thought you were joking” and laughed about my son’s allergy saying “man that really blows”. I pray that the other managers are better than him and they find a replacement soon.
