The two kids working at night clearly want to just close early. The sign on the door and hours say they close at 10, came in at 9 and they said they were closed already.

You should really update your hours of service online. If you’re closed at nine it shouldn’t say open till 10 on the Google page and you should be able to place a pick up order. Now I placed an order online packed up my kid and went to go get food just to find out I can’t Get it and I gotta wait to get my money back.

The staff is so nice and polite! Great portions. They make you sandwhich better than you can make it yourself. It'd perfect and they do everything they can to make it perfect. Again, it's all on the staff.. who are amazzzzzzing!

I placed an online order, had a pickup time of 9:10pmWhen I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they are closed, yet I was charged for my order.The time on the door & online states they are open until 10pm.

Love subway and never had issues in past but today the black guy doing my sub was upset when I asked him to change gloves after he had put peppers on customer sub before me and used cash register. When I asked he sighed and said really and made face.

I just ordered 2 - 6 inch sandwiches.One tuna , one monster. Also 3 cookies.I get home and discover I only got the monster sandwich. No tuna. I try calling multiple times and the phone goes to a high pitch fax tone. Noone answers & no way to call. Now if I want my money back or sandwich I have to drive 12 miles. Spend the gas money so I lose all around !! Im sure this was a simple mistake but its very aggravating !!! I just paid the expensive price and hot no food. I guess everyone better look in their bag to ensure you got what u paid for. Smh

Not even a star, Very bad customer service! Walked in, I said hi they said zero, Ben working there had a face that made me feel so uncomfortable, at the end no thank you or nothing, reminded me of those kids that conduct the school shootings. Very cold and unpleasant. Never coming here again.

I ordered two Philly Steaks and neither of them had any meat on them. Received two sandwiches made of bread, green pepper and onion. Then, the employee on the phone was completely rude and refused to give me the owner’s name. Never again, and I will be contacting Subway corporate.
