Our family used to love grabbing a box of tacos or burritos from here for a quick and easy dinner. Now, it's simply too expensive to try and justify as an easy meal. The last time here, we walked in, looked at the menu prices and had to walk out. While it isn't entirely their fault, I feel like Taco Bell is just the latest in a long line of fast food chains that are on the way out of business because their pricing doesn't reflect the value of their products.

Manager is unprofessional. My 16 year old got his first job there and they are giving him the run around so I called as he is a juvenile. He worked on February 10th and today is March 8th and he still hasn’t been paid. The manager hung up on me. What a great experience for a first job. And don’t call people hun!

It’s officially time to give up on this location. Every time I’ve come they’ve messed up my order. It also takes about 8 minutes to receive a drive through order, even when there aren’t other cars in the drive through or anyone eating inside.

Guy dumped the taco into the bags, it was all over the bag unrolled. No chips, even though I ordered two nacho chips. I tried not to be upset over this. Mistakes happen. But when I went back to get the order fixed, they just gave me one nacho and the wrong taco. I was just confused because it wasn't busy, I was the only one there.
This is the closest taco bell to me, so I keep coming back but this place has like a 10% success rate on a correct order. If you live near a different one, go there. This is what people would call "the bad one" when referring to multiple of the same fast food restaurants.

know taco bell isn't real mexican food but the service in this one in Shorewood is pathetic. I'm talking about real live snakes and drinking their own venom. If you go here at night time you might get a reality check that the service in Shorewood taco bell sucks and it gets worse every hour .

Never coming back again extremely disrespectful costumer service is at an all time low as someone who used to work in the service industry i would NEVER be as disrespectful as them i was ordering and they kept making sounds over the speaker as they were taking one car at a time never coming back fire them kids!!!

i was waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and i was talking to my friend and someone came on the speaker and said “they know we can hear them talking right” and someone responded saying “yeah i know” on the speaker. that’s terrible customer service if im gonna be waiting for that long i don’t want to be disrespected personally !!! wasn’t the first time i had bad customer service either these kids are so disrespectful
