I just walk there with my 2 years old. Not knowing they were closed for renovation l. The lady I assume either manager or owner come out with 1 donut and gave it to my little one. That made her day since there isn't any other location we can walk to. Thanks for the kindness. I really appreciated since it's impossible to change her mind once she asks for something lol

I used to visit this location from time to time because my boyfriend lived nearby, but I just moved to Skokie and this is literally the only Dunkin' that has consistently good coffee.Every time I go there, which is about five times a week, my coffee is perfect. It never tastes burnt or watered down. My order is always a large cold brew or large iced coffee, and they're perfect. Whatever you're doing, you're doing it right!!

The place is a bit of a mess but you can get coffee and snucks. I do not think it has a good atmosphere for sitting down and enjoying coffee inside.

The staff is rude when I walked in I went in to order the caramel chocolate cold brew and and I guess the didn't have it but they didn't tell me that and just gave some random caramel coffee that taste disgusting (p.s the manager knew there wasn't anymore of what I asked for and still didn't say anything to me until I told them this isn't what I ordered ) my Starbucks was closed and I forgot why I don't go to this Dunkin
