I went over there for lunch, ordered my food. There was an employee helping me and another employee came, and she start taking my order from the hand of the first employee who was helping me and she started dumping it back. She was unprofessional. She was very rude. Have attitude problem, her name was Alma I hope and I wish actions will be taken against this employee. Her name is Alma unprofessional, very unprofessional. So I had to Cancel my order and I left from there. I went to another restaurant.

Everyday food is getting worse and worse. 6 months ago orange chicken was one of the best in Panda Express it was crunchy. Now orange chicken is not as it was before. Angus steak was was also one of the best in Panda Express, but you changed recipe and started adding more green beans and less peppers. It's impossible to eat now. And maybe a week ago you added onions to your chow mein noodles.Now I would rather eat in some fast food chains than in Panda Express, cause I see that owners literally don't care what food would be made.

So I was there the other night and this young lady Sarah was helping me with my order when this other ignorant employee named Alma if I’m not mistaking her name, yells at this young lady Sarah that she was giving too much orange chicken in the bowls. Well first of all, no need to yell across the counter in front of customers, secondly, train your employees the tight way. Now I see why there are always new employees working there, it must be this alma gal who disrespects others. Someone needs to teach her some manners.

Panda Express is always a nice place for dinner or lunch. My family and I love to go and visit when we can. However, on Sunday night of October 15th, was an awkward visit. One of the workers, named Alma, reprimanded another worker in front of myself and other customers. I find it to be unprofessional as Sarah was very nice and sweet from start to end. If anything needed to be said it should have been waited when the restaurant cleared out or between them in private. This was our first encounter with Sarah and she did so great, thank you to her. As for Alma, she doesn’t seem so please to be there.
