Service was genuinely good and earnestly friendly. My girlfriend and I brought her 9-year-old it was his first time and he was pretty skeptical at first but he went home raving that it's his favorite burger place from here on.Vegetarian options: Have been plant-based for years now and it was great to enjoy a burger like I used to when I was a kid. Thanks for carrying the impossible patties! (Or beyond....I forget)Kid-friendliness: They were sampling some of their adult beverages and made an alcohol-free one for the 9-year-old with us! They also gave us extra curly straws

Wow. The absolute change in this restaurant coming in today to a new face! The manager Josh was all over the place! He was hosting, serving, bartending. I asked him if he was a manager. He said yes. I'm in the industry and nothing makes me happier than seeing a manager stepping out of his office to help his staff. Good job whoever hired him!!!!

We use Red Robin for a reoccuring order throughout the year. This location is stellar. The customer service is really, really good. Management is personable and relatible. This makes such a difference when doing business with another company. What a breath of fresh air!

We went to dinner tonight. Food was good our waitress (Hannah?) was attentive and polite. Food came quickly and tasted pretty consistent with all the other times we have eaten here.
We love Red Robin. The team is super friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful for having a nice conversation with friends. The food is delicious -- we strongly recommend the Impossible burger, since they prepare it perfectly. Thank you, RR!

The burgers do not disappoint! Our server had a large section, and hustled her tail off for us. Some of the other sections (bar, which one must pass through to get to the restrooms) lacked the attention our section recived, and there were many tables left un-bused, which was sad because it really detracts from the overall impression of the restaurant. It appears that it's still a challenge to find people who want to work.
