Kind of cool location, felt like (and maybe is) an old train station.Waited for a minute or two at the counter with nobody around. They were out of the featured drink which was the reason for my visit. Otherwise, drinks were served quickly.

The service is very hit or miss. One Lady was the nicest person I ever met when she took my order greeted me happily and wished me a great day. The other lady in the PM shift told my mother she was being annoying cuz she was tryna chill and didn’t want to take her order?. I wish I was lying. Whoever the girl working the pm shift around 3pm is. She gotta go. But as for that I like this Starbucks. Just get someone else for your pm shift. Am shift people are amazing!

Entered the location, no one was in the line. There were customers sitting and employees working on orders. No one greeted me or gave the slightest “welcome, we’ll be with you” . I stood there nearly five minutes at the register before walking out. Terrible customer service. I’ve never had an experience as such.

Order ahead online here before work and they always don’t have the drink ready at the time said in the app. Always have to wait 10-15mins later arrival,even if I order 15-20 mins before arriving to the store.
