This is the second time in the past 7 days these two young men “purposely” ruined my online order. Paid for extra meatballs, did not get them. They added lettuce, pickles and mayo to a meatball sub and clearly it’s not listed on the receipt. They did tjr same thing to the veggie sub I ordered last week. I think im going to try the subway down the street, not worth the it. Wish I could take my tips back.

Usually had good experience coming to Subway on Dempster, but recently has been bad. New workers who don’t know what they are doing, taking their sweet aśs time.Worker was so smart he put more onions in my sandwich than lettuce. Great job dude! I work until really late sometimes and this place is the only place worth eating at. We order 3-6 times a week. They never get our order wrong, ever. The food is good and always consistent. Cookies are warm and soft. Sandwich portions are generous and always warm. Thanks

It would be a five but.... I ordered food at 4 am for pick up I came 8 minutes after it was supposed to be done anddd. I stayed in line for 30+ mins waiting for them to finish everyone else before mine ..... it was 4 am

… i had ordered a sandwich using Ubereats and went to pick up my order from this location. The employees said they can’t give me my order until I confirmed I have received my order on the app. I confirmed the order on the app. Then they started to say “there is a new subway policy” in which Ubereats must call THEM in order for them to be sure I am the one who placed the order. They ended up not giving my order as Ubereats didn’t call them. What a waste of time and money on employees who have no idea what they are talking about.
