“Very small, yet cozy restaurant.The food was good, but nothing special. Pricey compared to other similar restaurants in the area.Staff was friendly and greeted us upon arrival.The bill paying was awkward... Never been asked verbally how much of a tip I wanted to leave. And to not get a receipt after had me checking my bank statements to make sure I gave the tip I stated.“

“Have been there twice on Fridays once and awhile for fish fry !! We get there about just before 6:00pm they ALWAYS out of baked fish only have fried! Which is good but would like the baked sometimes!! If baked is popular MAKE MORE!! Kinda disappointing when you have your mouth set for baked and they out already!! Also don't think 6:00 pm is too late either still should have baked fish for those of us who want it!!!“
“A great independently owned local establishment. Half of the building is a family style restaurant, and the other half has a full bar with a lot of additional seating. They can accommodate some larger groups as well. The menu is the same for both sides and also serves breakfast all day. I believe Friday will be the only night that they will be open moving forward. We have eaten here several times, and the food is always delicious and very consistent. The owners are super friendly and are always there working.“
“I don't post online very often, but after sitting behind Janet, who left the 1 star review tonight, and the lady she was with, I just had to. They irritated everyone that sat around them with their negative attitudes because they complained about everything the entire time we were there. We had Kimberly as a waitress too and have had her before in the past and never have had a bad experience. Kimberly did her best to be patient with them while they were there. The two of them reminded me of two old "Karen's" that are never happy and complain about anything. We spoke with the people who sat on the other side of them and they complained about Janet and her guest's negative attitudes as well. Janet and her guest made the dining experience for everyone around them uncomfortable.My wife and I have been coming to eat at Sophia's for over 5 years and have always had good service. Sophia's serves homemade style comfort food and have always done their best to make sure we wanted to come back. No restaurant is perfect all the time, but Sophia's and their staff have always done their best to make our meal and dining experience a good one.“
“There was a large group of us and our waitress was Shanna. She did a great job! Very thorough, friendly clear voice. She wasn’t bothered by our questions or our sense of humor. She was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Shanna!The food was fine, but unremarkable. However the Wisconsin Burger looked delicious with a ton of cheese!“
“Breakfast prices are unbelievable!!! Very clean diner with a roadway theme. Waitstaff is friendly, works together with the kitchen and clearly enjoy their job. My garden veggie omelette and American fries were delicious! Loaded with veggies and neatly folded omelette. Fries were seasoned and crispy. Bottomless cup of coffee with plenty of chances for refills. Also, they offer a cash discount!“
