On my recent road trip, I discovered a gem of a Subway at the little road stop right when you enter Illinois and Beloit. This place is the ideal stop for anyone looking to grab a quick, delicious bite and refuel their car.What I loved about this Subway was the freshness and quality of their sandwiches. They always make a great Subway sandwich for me. I literally asked them to make me a sandwich as if they were making it for themselves. The only thing I ask is they don’t put onions or peppers on it. I then turn my back while they make the sandwich so it’s a total surprise.
