Culver's has always been a go to place with me and my 3 children, although the consistency is not always their for the most part it is satisfying. This last visit was a little out of the ordinary as the normal menu items have taken a change, some for the worst and some for the better ( ex- thicker bottom bun on burger which was great as they usually fall apart hallway thru an by the end their no bun at all. I screwed my own order and didn’t bother to fix it. When the gentleman brought the food to my table I asked him why I was short some items. He simply showed me my ticket and explained it was not on the order. The young man was polite and walked away. 4 minutes later he came back with a side of fries for my kids. This is great customer service! I didn’t ask him for anything! I even offered to pay for and he simply said it was on the house. My 2 kids were happy to eat the fries!
