This Dunkin' Donuts is staffed by a very friendly morning crew. However, as the day carries on the quality of staff and the remaining staff's professionalism takes a sharp and drastic downturn. Twice I have had to pay with apple pay due to the stores inability to accept my cash or the stores inability to use a POS terminal. This is the one off of randall with the BP.. Never happy when I go there.. They do not honor a lot of DD prmos.. And always out of everything.. I'd reccomend the DD in South Elgin the new one off of McClean just north of spring st.

this is by far the best dunkin i've ever been to. they always make my drink sooo good and they're also super nice! there's a girl worker who always compliments my dog :)honestly i didn't expect a gas station dunkin to be so good but it's definitely the best one around!!
