Why did they argue with me about what I should say before I ordered. We wasn't satisfied with our burnt fries we received and ask for fresh. Was told by general manager that it would not make a difference bring it's the oil. Well change the oil was the suggestion and was rudely told" I need to work with them to work with me". Boo on everything McDonald's got going on here. Then as I walked out I over here all the staff speaking in Spanish down about me and I came back and very rudely explained I was Latin and understood everything they said. And I walked out.

I Hate McDonald’s!!! Just Charge me for the Sauce! Its to the point where i havent been catching u guys off guard for years by asking for sauce at the window! I tell u upfront thru the intercom!!!! Charge me if u need to but dont have me looking thru the bag just to circle back!!!!!! Its just sauce!

Ordered a McRib and the meat was slopped onto the bun and about a third of it was outside the bun. They do this almost every time I order a double cheeseburger also.
It's ridiculous that a SMALL FRY costs $3.70. An entire 5lb BAG of potatoes at that price would produce 20+ portions of fries. Be careful who you're paying, who actually gets the biggest piece of the pie at that price.

I visited the place on 9/13 very late at night, to be exact 5 minutes before closing time and I want to share my excitement and the lovely experience I had ! I only got one name, Veronica, but there was one more girl. Not to say these girls 5 mins before closing, they bake the fries for me, they were friendly, welcoming, professional and even offered me the extra fries made on that batch !!!!! People like you are NOT around these days !!!! Congratulations for enjoying your job and showing!! Wishing employees like you are everywhere!!
