My recent visit to the McDonald's in Elgin, Illinois, left me with mixed feelings. It's not often that I rate a fast-food chain with two stars, but my experience here was a bit of a rollercoaster.On the positive side, the staff was friendly and attentive. I visited the place on 9/13 very late at night, to be exact 5 minutes before closing time and I want to share my excitement and the lovely experience I had ! I only got one name, Veronica, but there was one more girl. Not to say these girls 5 mins before closing, they bake the fries for me, they were friendly, welcoming, professional and even offered me the extra fries made on that batch !!!!! A bus load of U-46 Soecial Ed students and staff just ate at this McDonald’s. All 31 of us were through the line and finished eating in less than 1 hour. Luli went above and beyond to make our entire group have a great experience.Thank You So Much!!
