I came into the south holland location today I had a wonderful well needed conversation with the cashier very nice and welcoming customer service was amazing I believe her name was Vicki u guys need more like her non the less the food was good I’ll consider coming bk because of her this is my 2nd attempt at this location last time wasn’t so good with the younger cashier she was very rude but I’m glad I did try again thank ms vicki
Delivery was very fast. Fries were crisp and tasty. Philly Cheese Steak was good, but I seldom eat these so there is nothing with which to compare it. Seemed a bit on the greasy side and maybe could have used more meat and more green pepper. There was a lot of cheese.I should ask my sister in Philly what they are supposed to be like.

I loveeee Charley's.... EVERYTHING is delicious but, my favorite is the chicken philily.....when I say....will melt in your mouth.....the customer service is awesome....mz Vicky so patient and polite.....food was excellent....I drive all the way from matteson just to get the best......my number #1 eating
