Wish I could give less than 1 star. The "nacho cheese" was bad...like rotten and stinky. I told the waitress and instead of taking it away or offering me something else, she just said OK and left it there. Didn't take it off the check either. The rest of the food was passable, but we waited over 10 minutes to get a pen to sign the receipt. I finally got up and grabbed one from another server.

The service was bad, took forever to our food, had to ask for refill on drinks, atleast the food was good.

we received TERRIBLE service (I think it’s because we were the ONLY black party in attendance). We were calm, we remained composed, and we were patient. Other tables were greeted, seated, and fed before us even though they came and ordered after we did. I highly DO NOT recommend to anyone NOT of fairer skin.

I'm not sure I can even give this one star. Terrible service and even worse food. The salsa tasted like marinara sauce. I ordered chorizo tacos. The chorizo was burnt and tasted like pizza sausage. My husband ordered a steak quesadilla and it didn't have any cheese in it! Please, you're better off purchasing from the grocery store freezer section and just heating it up at home!

Cancun has a nice selection of Mexican foods (see their menu) and reasonable prices for a good plate full. Also have a large alcoholic beverage list. There was no waiting for a table and staff was cleaning each table thoroughly when customers left.We were a party of 5 and were in the restaurant for a couple hours, just eating and visiting.Service was slower than necessary given the small crowd. Finished one beer and was never asked if we wanted another. Food was hot when delivered and worth the wait. This is an adequate venue for supper, just allow plenty of time to get your food, and don't expect to be bothered with follow-up service.

I've never written a bad review for a restaurant before, but I just can't let anyone else make the same mistake. Terrible, terrible food and awful service. I've never eaten so bad before! The salsa tasted like marinara sauce. I ordered chorizo tacos. The chorizo was burnt and tasted like pizza sausage. My husband ordered a steak quesadilla and it didn't have any cheese in it! The guacamole was brownish. Please, you're better off purchasing from the grocery freezer section and warming it up yourself at home!

The margaritas are great, the fajitas were over cooked and the rock music coming from the speakers didn't really set the right tone.

Worst place ever. Service was horrible, food bland and not traditional Mexican. Stay away don't waste your money

Unfortunately I was very disapointed in the food quality tonight. I have been to Cancun many times since they opened and have usually had good food. The Chille Rellenos is normally fantastic, it tasted cardboard, like chemically. They covered my steak fajitas in a sweet red sauce, I've never had a sweet red sauce on my fajitas and I didn't care for it. The guacamole was a weird greenish-brown. The lettuce was half wilted. The rice had definitely been reheated, it was so dry it was crispy. The service was good, but the food was so bad that I won't be coming back for a long time. I understand these are difficult times, but that's no excuse for poor food quality. I'm not sure what changed: new cook? new management/ownership? cutting corners? I hope they can turn it around as it's a local place and one of my wife's favorites.
