I've been to other Monical's before and it was pretty average but this experience was way above my expectations. The food was hot,fresh tasting, and made quickly. Highly recommend the garlic bread it was delicious. Our waitress was so sweet,kept up with our table, offered to go boxes and to go drinks and was just all around a really good waitress. We got the garlic bread and a thin crust pizza and a pan pizza both were delicious!

Stopped here with a group after our grandson's hockey tournament. Food was excellent. Pizza was hot and delicious. Salads are huge, dressings are fresh made. I had the tortellini with Alfredo sauce it was very good, served with two bread sticks. Sandwiches are huge with lots of meats and cheeses. A must try when in Springfield.

Very happy with my orders. Ordered a couple of different pizzas, garlic bread and lasagna. All came out well. Garlic bread was exceptional, specially the sauce with it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent pizza and sides. Try it, you won't be disappointed. My go to pizza place when in central Illinois.
Everything way over-cooked, yet cold and soggy at same time. Zero cheese on the pan pizza. Was giving Monical's one last try, but it's a done deal. Not even close to being worth the cost.

Pizza is pretty good, however $8.50 for 1 bottle of corona when you can buy a 6 pack for less than $1.25 a piece at any small liquor store is criminal. I get up charging similar to bars around the $5 range… but $8.50 come on ?

I was suprised at the flavor the pizza had. The thin crust is crunchy crisp and so good. I would have given a higher rating however the 8" pizza is to small and the 14" is to big for one person. Monicals please add a 10" option.
