We used Nelson’s Catering for our wedding last weekend and could not recommend them enough! Wanda was amazing with answering my 100’s of questions prior to the event, and then the staff the day of were great. Huge shoutout to our bartenders, they were absolutely amazing!! The food was so delicious (everyone said the meatballs and crab cakes were their favorite so highly recommend!). We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding so great!
We have used Nelson's Catering for several years for our BIG Fundraiser for our football boosters. Every year we have been extremely pleased with the planning/prep stage, on time delivery, quality of food, support of the workers and the profits that we are able to make due to cost. I would encourage others to use Nelson's for their catering and fundraising. We are considering using them for a fall meal also. Amazing Job!!!

We used Nelson's Catering of Central Illinois for our employee holiday party on Friday, Dec. 15. The food and the staff doing the service were all incredible. Pole Barn Chic Events was our venue host. A great location for your next party or event. Here is what we had for our menu.
