I really wanted to like this place. It turned out to be a miserable place to actually do work. It could be good, but it has a couple of bad points. #1 - there are no window treatments so the South-facing windows so you bake in the sun and you can't see your computer screen well. The shaded North side was apparently booked for a special event. #2 - it is a bar so I shared the space with a person who was 4 beers in at 10:30 AM and was talking sports with the bar tender. Nothing against him, but I came here to work.

Not entirely sure how to judge this place as it seems to want to be a number of different things. It's airy with two walls of windows so I can see wanting to spend a lot of time sitting in front of a laptop. There were outlets everywhere and the seating was good. They did not have cold brew which I found odd. It seemed kind of strange to be 55 years old and explaining what cold brew is to two twenty-somethings. So we got two iced lattes which turned out to be super weak. We went a few blocks away to get more coffee because we were still tired. I will go again though because the place is very comfortable and the people are nice. Maybe they'll have cold brew next time.

Good food. The food was great. The service is a little slow but the green power bowl I ordered was delicious! I would recommend this place if you want to grab a bite and work!

Second time having food at The Incubator - sandwiches and salads are both excellent. Coffee is really good and I am picky about coffee. Fair prices and a great location near the Old Capitol Square. Friendly owner and staff.
