A good place to unwind and if you want to have a coffee with great food. The burgers have a great homemade taste. The jalapeño and barbeque chips are delicious. The jalapeño chips have a slight kick but the spice dies down easy. The lettuce in the salad has a different taste than normal lettuce but it's healthier.
I love that place... it's on the mellow side and i dont have to yell to my friends when I'm talking to them. The lunch bowls are amazing, number one spot for a date... your favorite new place, just you dont know it yet

Second time having food at The Incubator - sandwiches and salads are both excellent. Coffee is really good and I am picky about coffee. Fair prices and a great location near the Old Capitol Square. Friendly owner and staff.
