Got the breakfast bowl, gingerbread latte, and the Nashville hot sandwich. Everything was really good! Latte has rich flavor. You can tell the food and drinks are made from scratch.
I don’t live in Springfield but I always look forward to visiting Biscuits & Brunch when I’m in town seeing my sister and today we had the breakfast bowl w/ local bacon instead of sausage and it was so freaking yummy, perfect eggs over medium. Obviously we had to try the seasonal pumpkin pecan caramel flapjack stacks (so fluffy!) and I was surprised they weren’t as sweet as I’d expected but tasty nonetheless. Feb 24 Update: Food consistency is a big issue here. I'm lame and always get the same order. At their best, the food is a 5, but it's rare to get that experience now.Additionally, the wait times are a bit crazy. Funny enough my wife and I have a joke that has yet to be proven wrong - The food here is always opposite the service.
