Serve breakfast but dining room doesn't open until 10am? Who wants to eat breakfast in their car? Food was very underwhelming this time. Potato wedges were small & thin. Sandwich was dry, bun a day from stale and the 4 strips of bacon were more like 4 pieces of bacon. Disappointed bc I live out of town and was looking forward to this meal.

Rude drive through and chicken was dry bun hard. Very disappointed. Don't eat out at fast food often but to go on west side in a heavy traffic area you woul think people review you accordingly #

Absolutely pathetic service. Twice in the drive thru I was told to go ahead and order and then cut off as soon as I started to talk, with the person saying "ok just a minute, just a minute". The 2 cars ahead of me seemed to be able to order, and my order was for only 1 person and shouldn't have been difficult to comprehend. Avoid this place.

Workers are rude. Lady had an attitude from the start then got mad at us bc she got the order wrong. Then rolled her eyes and stormed off. Very rude, felt like i was talking to the most stuck up person ever.

I love coming to this restaurant because of a specific manager that is always very friendly and helpful. I always look for Casey I think is his name? I was in the store yesterday afternoon and witnessed this guy getting verbally harassed by one of the crew. I felt so bad for the guy! It looked like he broke down and walked out. I hope that employee that was harassing him won’t be working there when I come back. I will not return to this restaurant if I see that kid again. Uncalled for! Otherwise the restaurant is one of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to.
