Unless you want to pay an extra charge for the Cappuccino Blast I suggest you don't come here. I've been getting this drink for a long time around West Chicago, Naperville nd Around. I had never been charged for the Cinnamon & the wip cream. The toppings that come on the cappuccino Blast! I bought 4 Cappuccino Blast nd the Employee didn't even mentioned I would get charged for this after he asked if I wanted this toppings again I ve gotten this drink nd never had gotten charged for them. This is the only location that charges extra. Never again will I ever go back to this location.

Went to go get some ice cream for me and kids. And the doors were locked people inside. Online it says closes at 8pm the store door say closes at 8pm the door was locked at 7:40 when we got there and no one came to the door.

Cost was more than I expected but we know BR has so many bills. Staffcwere nice. It was about $3.59 per small scoop child size which blew my mind. We ordered 4 & even with some codes for discounts, it cost too much.

Sometimes the voice that comes from the drive thru in the morning can really set your mood. Im dreading the fact my son has a change in routine today and I have a meeting to run in an hour. This is my new morning Dunkin when I drive out this way and no matter how my morning is going, the customer service attitude is so upbeat and positive it is contagious. You never know how you can change someone's day and the fast food industry needs more of this. Please take care of this employee well!

As someone who values customer service above most other aspects of a fast food restaurant (being employed by one myself), this location excels at it--I'm always greeted pleasantly in the morning. Last Thursday night my girlfriend and I came looking for dairy-free ice cream due to an allergy, and the girl helping us (Emily?) was overwhelmingly positive, upbeat, empathetic, and genuinely excited when she found some for us. Even if she hadn't succeeded, she clearly invested herself in our request. After a long night of driving and shopping, that kind of positivity made our night.

I have tried drinks from almost all the Baskin-Robbins that are around me, and they always vary a lot in flavor but especially this place I have already visited more than six times and it always has exactly the same flavor which I love. cappuccino blass ?. it will be my favorite place.

if i could give 0 stars i would. sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with no cars in front of me, drove up to window to see that they closed early, frustrated it wasn't put up at the speaker part of the drive thru

Terrible! Received confirmation for on-line birthday cake order. Went there an hour after pick-up time and no cake. Person working the drive through was so rude. My credit card was still charged. Had to dispute with my credit card company.
