Sometimes the voice that comes from the drive thru in the morning can really set your mood. Im dreading the fact my son has a change in routine today and I have a meeting to run in an hour. As someone who values customer service above most other aspects of a fast food restaurant (being employed by one myself), this location excels at it--I'm always greeted pleasantly in the morning. Last Thursday night my girlfriend and I came looking for dairy-free ice cream due to an allergy, and the girl helping us (Emily?) was overwhelmingly positive, upbeat, empathetic, and genuinely excited when she found some for us.
