Ordered the beef bites.. 6.99 for 3.The amount of beef on the inside was so sparse. You could have ordered a whole beef sandwich for almost the same price... never again.And gave 3 stars only because the cashier was friendly..

The chicken parm came with no sauce but on a soggy bun.. the beef was soaking wet, cold, and my giardinara consisted of mushy olives on top of the sandwich. Fries were good but it doesn’t take a genius to make a sandwich. Won’t be back.

I eat here often. The beef and sausage bowl is my go-to for low carb/high protein option. Sub the sweet peppers for hot giardiniera - this is a hit.
Told a friend how great the Avocado Jack burger was my favorite. Today not so happy bun was hard, burger not well cooked, no flavor, just was not good. My friend had a poor opinion about it .Maybe because I did take out.Thumbs down today the fries ?? not hot.

I spent $85.00 at the St. Charles Buona Beef. The girl behind the counter on Friday exchanged my beef I had in my hand with beef she took from behind the counter. I heated it up today (Saturday) and it didn't smell right. Old meat was swapped for the meat I picked up. I'm disappointed. Always liked Buona Beef. I will go back to Portillos.
