Drive through for lunch. Food was good, got the beef and Italian sausage combo. Making an Italian beef is an art form, Getting the proper meat to juice ratio in the bun is key. Halfway through the sandwich, it fell apart. Didn't affect the flavor, just made for a mess in my lap.
My wife and I were traveling through St.Charles, IL. We were kind of running behind schedule but we want to find something for lunch. Normally we will not eat any fast foods but our schedule would not allow us to sit down any where.So we came across Bouna Beef. We use the drive thru so we could keep moving. My wife ordered a beef sandwich with a side of these beef filled balls, I had a hotdog. We were both impressed, the beef and the Bouna beef bite were actually extremely good....read full review

Customer service was amazing! the soda machine was out and they quickly replaced the empty syrup container. The gluten free options are also great!Dietary restrictions: They have a ton of gluten free options which is hard to find!
