Stopped in for pizza after getting drinks at a few places and not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for dinner. Ordered toasted ravioli and some thin crust pizza. Ravioli were tasty. Pizzas cooked perfectly. Servers worked hard to make sure we had everything and prices fair. Only complaint was the space was cramped and they only had beer and wine.

In a city (Chicago) known for their pizza and with endless options in every town, Charlie Fox definitely separates themselves from the pack. Some of the best thin crust you’ll have - not paper then, but not to thick…jussst right.

Clearly CF could care less about me as a customer… this was strike 3 over the last 6 weeks or so… we’ve tried to oder by phone pizzas for delivery only to be placed on “lost hold” or worse “Charlie fox hold”click. Today we experienced both. Obviously, CF must be doing so well that Customer Service is not important. Congrats. Btw, we ordered from another outfit nearby and that Pizza was absolutely fantastic and would be hard to beat.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited over 45 minutes in lobby after they told me it was ready. I asked to speak to a manager and was told, " they are busy and can't talk". Max was extremely rude and was a poor reflection of customer service. Will be the last time we order from there.

This will be the last time ordering from this pizza place. We have been ordering from here for 20 years and there prices online are always different when ordering over the phone, and there is always a problem when trying to order online and issues with their coupons. On top of these issues, the pizza has also severely went down in quality over time and doesn’t warrant a $35 price tag for an XL sausage and mushroom pizza. This place used to be the best and we only order here anymore because its so close. There are plenty of other places and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Excellent pizza with that said. Worst ceasar salad ever for $8.99 are you kidding brown lettuce why so much pepper and little cheese some croutons and so small. We did order the small so got it. Must of been the left over lettuce.

Solid pizza place, overall pretty consistent really good pizza! We have tried many in the area over the years and this is the place we always go to. They usually nail it, once in a while the pizza is a bit less stellar than we expect but still good. Will continue to fully enjoy this pizza, would give 4.5 stars if possible.

New to Batavia and in need of some quick food, so I called Charlie's for some pizza. The good news is that the pizza arrived quick and hot and it was very affordable compared to most. I purchased the bready, thicker double crust version (we were hungry!!), which was fairly good but not anything special. We ordered a loaded pizza with sausage. The Italian sausage seemed authentic, but it had a lot of fennel in it which I don't prefer. Overall not a bad pizza for the $$ but I don't think I would order from them again. Now searching for that go to pizza place in and around Batavia!
