The food is good the customer service sucks the last two times I came in there It’s one specific girl there that’s very rude and suck at her customer service the first time she rushed me with my order and when I went in there today she threw my chips down on the counter helping the cashier she put my heavy drinks on top of my food the listening skills sucks as well charge me for things that wasn’t for my order after I told them which order it was for I will not return to this location any more what’s going to happen next when I come the third time? It just seem like nobody in that front end wanted to work today or seem bother when you asked a question

One of my favorite Chipotle locations. Food is consistently fresh, even when not mid-meal-rush times. Beverages, utensils, and napkins are well-stocked. Seating area is clean.Counter staff sometimes makes me feel rushed, but not in a rude way. I think they're just trying to be efficient, given how many customers are on time-limited meal breaks.

Shoutout to Edgar. On a very busy Saturday night i had to get 5 bowls and this gentleman was very patient, smiling and the best part was that he was very clean and organized with his flow. Bowls were perfectly made, sides were accurately provided, none of the bowl lids were smudged in food (like people hand off coz they don’t care). I offered to buy him a soda but he declined. Thank you Edgar for a wonderful dinner that you made for our family. We appreciate all your efforts. Wish you all the very best in life

Bowls were cooked well, the dining room is clean, and the staff is friendly.Today was a bit of a miss with a large cheese quesadilla. Not only was the cheese not melted/cooked at all, but I paid close to $10 for a flour tortilla with some shredded cheese inside of it. I don't understand how that can be priced higher than a burrito bowl with rice, beans, meat, salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, etc.Chipotle should really revisit that.

I've been here multiple times. I always order a vegan veggie bowl. Today there was cross-contamination with cheese in the guacamole which the server ignored, and then proceeded to ignore my statement and stirred it into the guacamole. I complained to the cashier and they made a new bowl without certain ingredients because they were out. Terrible food safety.

Ordered on the app and wasn't available even though I showed up after it said ready. Asked at the counter and they had no record of the ordered. After two people checked computers, the found it and made it while I waited. No meat in one bowl, everything was cold, and the salad had hardly any lettuce. Will not be back to this location.

You guys have serious issues going on at this location. Our to go and delivery orders have been in such poor condition as of late; burritos not even rolled and falling apart, high amounts of sour cream and tomato, meat scraps. I figured maybe going in person was the way to go....I was wrong.The girl working this evening literally is rolling her eyes at customers! Could not believe that. Then she is berating and being disrespectful to her co-workers and talking them like they are idiots. Not ok!! And in front of customers!Watch a young man heap on Pico into my order and had to ask for a least more than 5 scraps of lettuce.I don't know what is going on there, but please someone in management do something.
