I have been going here for years and it’s always been wonderful but omg the employees there are amazing and caring, sometimes funny. I can tell they enjoy working there. The drive through is very fast sometimes the food takes a little bit but not too long. Everything always taste wonderful. I’m addicted to the breakfast empanadas. I always get mocha frozen coffee too. I prefer Dunkin’s coffee than some other places.
There is a staff member here who makes my day Everytime he is working. I wish I knew his name to give him a shoutout but he makes the experience so much better and I will drive past the dunkin by my house to go to this one just for

I can’t tell you what a joy the young man who works the drive thru is in the mornings. He has to be the most upbeat, positive, friendly person I have met in a very long time. He’s always working so fast as it’s usually very busy, but I actually look forward to seeing him and now go to that Dunkin every time. People like him are one in a million these days and I hope he is being properly acknowledged by the business and community!

Coffee has been made wrong. Hash browns over cooked and hard and taste like cooked in old used oil. Everything bagel minis not warmed up enough, it was cold to the touch and cream cheese inside hard, and avocado toast with bacon received cold. Not pleased with my order this time around or past recent experiences, not sure what happened but I used to love this location.

As we are eating our way down Main St., Saint Charles we stopped in at Dunkin for coffee this morning. We had two hot Carmel Macchiato Lattes and one hot Pumpkin Spice Latte. The Lattes were wonderful, hot and flavorful. The price was also aligned with what you would expect for lattes. The service was also very good, one of our drinks was a few moments delayed, but the few staff were working quickly behind the counter. We were surprised to find a very nice dining in area. It is not your typical Dunkin Donuts, it has a coffee house ambiance. It is beautifully decorated with comfy chairs, tables and chairs, and a bar sitting area with place to plug in your computer to work. It it was clean and well-maintained.If you're looking for a place to hang out, with some coffee and donuts, this is the place.

We drove thru the drive thru this evening. They were out of donuts like zero, and they had donut holes which were tasteless. We ordered hot coffee and got cold coffee. We order a chocolate shake which was like milk mixes with water, thinnest worst tasting shake ever. We ordered a chocolate waffle cone and the cone was stale, also we were the only ones in the drive thru and it took more than 15 minutes to get our order.

Maybe hire people that actually look happy and acknowledge you when you pull up to the window. I didn’t get any greeting’s and I didn’t get a thank you. It takes seconds to smile and be a nice person.
I go here with my friend often and there are always two employees who are amazing. But there's this one worker (possibly manager) who always messes up our order. One time I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with a base of coconut milk (I order this often and never had a problem) but for some reason she messed both orders and I got just coconut milk.She also didn't give us our change, and overall just kind of slow. Shout out to those two workers tho (My friend wrote this out) now it's me typing and they first gave me a latte iced and I requested foam on my hot latte and she said "no it's comes with whip cream" and we were super confused because when the other workers make it they put foam and make it right the first time

Food is alright. I was going in there almost daily for a break in between jobs. Manager always seemed in a sour mood. I stopped going because same manager threw my drink out while I was in bathroom. She had seen me heading towards the bathroom but had said she thought I left. Didn’t apologize or give refund.

Giving two stars because when this Dunkin has certain workers working they are AMAZING. However, with that being said the other day I went through and the lady working did not know what a caramel macchiato was. How do you not know what that is? You work at a coffee shop. Secondly, we paid in cash and the cashier said "I don't have two cents" when she was to give us our change. You can easily break open the roll over pennies. That's just terrible as an employee who has worked at various fast food places that is UNACCEPTABLE. I will not be returning here because the cashier needs her employment TERMINATED. You cannot just say "sorry I don't have change". She eventually opened the roll of coins when I requested my change. Terrible.
