I can’t tell you what a joy the young man who works the drive thru is in the mornings. He has to be the most upbeat, positive, friendly person I have met in a very long time. He’s always working so fast as it’s usually very busy, but I actually look forward to seeing him and now go to that Dunkin every time. People like him are one in a million these days and I hope he is being properly acknowledged by the business and community!
Burned me with coffee because did not secure lid, did not have donut selection, forgot to return my credit card, and did not give refund after terrible service. Absoutely terrible! Don't even think about going there!
