Rudy’s has a $25 authorization charge that they do not make you aware of, they managed to charge me this 2x on my debit card, taking $50 out of my account on a $15 tab. I called the number on the receipt Saturday AM and it is a personal cell phone where the guy says he’ll pass the message along. They did not get back to me until 7:50 Saturday night, stating I’ll see the money back next business today. Today is Monday and I still do not have my funds that they forcefully took from my account without my knowledge. I called the number on the receipt again and was sent to voicemail. I was given no sincere apology or explanation as to why this happened. 2 stars for the fun times I have had at Rudy’s, R House and The Beach Hut, but this whole experience makes me hesitant to go back if this is how the owners treat customers when an issue arises. I did file a dispute with my bank. Poor customer service.

BLONDE GIRL W CHEST TATTOO was rude to our group when we did not have her as our bartender. We had a gentleman serving us our shots to which, he gave us our receipt and we put our total and gave it to him. the girl then grabbed a receipt by us and saw it , and said we are “bogus” out loud because “we didn’t tip her” when she was not our bartender/was not our receipt. I thought it was over then , but then later on, someone else from our group orders shots and she says” i cannot serve you because your group didn’t tip” again, not even asking if it was our receipt just assuming and again saying it out loud for us to hear. This was my first time here at this bar , loved the atmosphere and drinks were a 10/10 but to be treated like that when that ticket has nothing to do with us is crazy. She is very lucky no one confronted her.

Came for the menu, kept coming back for the atmosphere and bartenders.Recently moved to St. charles and this is now our go to bar for fun. Drinks are always great, if something is off, they will remake to your liking. Shea is fantastic at the bar, will remember you, and will make sure you have a great time. All other bartenders have all treated us well. Definitely stop here for a great time!

R House was such a fun experience! I had never been to St. Charles and R House was a last minute decision. Thank goodness we walked in, the drinks, bartender, and atmosphere were incredible! Alaina (hopefully spelling that right) was so sweet and welcoming and the cocktails were delicious. Such a fun theme! Would HIGHLY recommend :)

I'm letting you all in on a little secret....this place is AMZAZING. I used to come here when it was the voodoo lounge, but I LOVE the R-House. The staff is great and the drinks are even better. It is a very small venue but never super crowded. They usually have martini flights for a great price. You honestly will only need one maybe too drinks as they are very well made!This is a great spot to start or end your evening before checking out the rest of Main St. in St. Charles! A hidden gem!
