“Stopped in today on our way back to Missouri, there was a Mexican gentleman in front of us and the young lady working was speaking Spanish with the customer, while this maybe common place there it was a rarity for me to hear. I just felt she should be appreciated for going the extra mile. Sorry I didn't catch her name“

“Unfortunately, very disappointed we hadn't ate here in a long time and was looking forward to it. But Wednesday, October 25th at 6pmish, there were no other customers inside and we couldn't even find a clean table to sit at, even chairs had food on them. We had to ask for them to clean one and the girl hands me a rag? The girls behind the counter, there were 3 of them had 1 glove each on and the girl who put our bread on our trays literally picked it up and slapped it on top our food with her gloveless hand while laughing. Our food was not at serving temp, luke warm at best. We won't be back anytime soon and hopefully this reaches someone in management to make employee changes for future customers. Also after being given a rag I said, I work for a health department and I'm pretty sure no one should have to clean a table to eat on? One of the gals grabs a spray bottle and did clean our table and a few of the others. To top the evening off we got really ill that night, too. I shared on FB and with our county health inspector our experience.“

“I’ve had good experiences, but it seems as if the employees are unsure of how the app works. Another note, make sure employees know the customer is right as long as they ARENT abusing it. Double check your orders!!“
