They messed up my pizzas and refused to give me a refund. They switched the sizes on what I ordered. Plus, I asked for no olives on the Super Supreme, there were olives on there. Asked for no pork, there was pork. Asked for both to be well-done, neither were well done. We ALWAYS order from this Summit, IL location and it's always the way I order it. Not this time.

Ordered a pizza thru Ubereats and never got it . Had to wait over an hour for it to just be cancelled and than when I tried to call the restaurant they refused to answer the phone and even hung up on me .

The pizza melt had almost no cheese it was extremely thin as if they put to thin slices together. I had to go back and complain for how ridiculous there food looked. This is my last time going to any pizza hut

I placed at order at 5:55pm that stated it was on its was to me at 6:05pm with a delivery time of 6:17pm, which then changed to 6:20pm. My food did not arrive until 7:30pm and when I called to ask where it was a request a refund due to the food taking over an hour longer than stated, the "man" i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, cut me off and denied my refund. Do not tip this place in advance for delivery, i wouldnt not have tipped at all if i knew i would be spoken to that way and that my food would take that long and arrive cold, mushy, and missing items.

Food is great salad bar is clean and fresh everyday and Amarah has to be the nicest staff member there she’s always attentive and making sure guest have everything they need.
The thin n crispy pepperoni pizza is always prepared well and tastes great.

Walked in and wanted to use the restroom first. I tried the door handle it was locked. I turned around and found a guy at the counter and went to ask him to buzz me in. He looked absolutely petrified and ready for confrontation. He says really slow and deliberate "pick-up or online order." No greeting, no smile. Why would he think that I'm a threat? ??♀️ He also told me the restrooms were employee only but there wasn't a sign anywhere that said that. It wasn't welcoming at all. I didn't end up buying anything after that..
